UCSC Athletic Training Facilities

UCSC has two Athletic Training Rooms situated to serve student athletes on varying locations on campus. There is one at the East Fieldhouse and one in the West Fieldhouse.

The East Fieldhouse facility is our main athletic training room and contains basic modalities, rehabilitation tools, and medical supplies. This facility is open to all UCSC varsity athletes. The athletic training room is located next to the gym at ground level, between the tennis courts and pool in the East Athletic Facilities.

The West Fieldhouse facility is our secondary athletic training room, used mainly for volleyball and basketball. Due to size of facility only basic supplies are kept there, and modalities are limited to ice and moist heat. Treatments and rehabilitation that can not be accommodated in these facilities are referred to the East Athletic Training Room. This athletic training facility is located upstairs in the West Fieldhouse.
