SANTA CRUZ, CA.---Stormy skies, fog and rainy conditions descended upon the Lower East Field this past Sunday for the second game of the weekend as the Banana Slugs took on the visiting Cal State San Marcos squad up from San Diego County. The slippery conditions only promoted a more physical game than the Slugs had seen all year with several yellow cards being issued to CSUSM by the end of the match, one of which led to a PK for the Slugs which #9 Roxanne Beltran gracefully converted in the second half.
