Started on varisty for 3 years, league champions (04-06), All-league Honorable Mention (03-04), 1st Team All-league (04-06), Senior of the Year (05-06), Participated in the Lynbrook All-tourney (04-05), Fremont Holiday All-tournament (04-05), Independance Fukushima All-tournament (05-06). Cal-Hi Sports Player of the Week #16 (05-06). 2nd All-time assists in Cupertino HS history, top 10 All-time points in school history. Scholar athlete (03-04) and honor roll (02-05). Played club basketball for Team Converse.

PERSONAL: Born February 25, 1988. Parent's names are Tooran Bina and Mostafa Mortezaie and has two siblings, Mina (23) and Hossein (26). Favorite athlete is Murphy Holmes and favorite movie is Cable Guy. Best class taken at UCSC is Documenting Oral History. Favorite place in Santa Cruz is the gym.
