Women's Basketball Pulls of 3rd Win in a Row in Dallas

The UC-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs held off a late charge by the University of
Dallas Crusaders to prevail 63-57. The victory ups the Banana Slugs record
to 7-14.

Four players reached double digit point totals for UC-Santa Cruz, including 17
from Kayleigh Calandri. Talia Joyce, Melissa Junge, and Megan Gaynor all
scored 12 points. Gaynor also hauled down 10 rebounds.

Kelly Robertson (12) and Ana Castillo (11) were the high scores for UD.
Castillo had 12 rebounds for her 9th double-double of the season and 3rd in
as many games.
