UCSC's 15-3-1 record ties the school record for most wins in a season as well as fewest losses. Their 2 regular season losses were the fewest the program has ever had.

The team made the NSCAA Top 25 poll for the first time in school history, going into Wednesday ranked #14 in the country. Their #2 ranking in the Western Region is also the best in the program's history.

Three sophomores, Midfielders Josh Lederer and Kevin Anderson and Defender Nick Kowba finished with double-digit totals in points.
