Men's Soccer picks up two off-season victories

On Saturday April 15th the UCSC Men's Soccer team started life under new Head Coach Dan Chamberlain in style, with two wins. The first over the visiting Semi-Pro San Francisco Seals and the second over cross bay rivals Cal State Monterey Bay.

The Slugs scored two in the second half against the Seals to take a come from behind victory with seniors Justin Brock and Adam Smarte both scoring for the Slugs.

In the second game of the day Peter Shellenbarger, Jeff Meyer, Steve Wondolowski and Anthony Scarlett all scored a goal each to lead the Slugs to an emphatic victory over the Otters.
