Slug Alumni Over the past several years the Slug Soccer program has undergone a transformation into one of the top NCAA Division III Men’s Soccer Programs in the Nation. Over the last four years the Slugs have compiled a 98-13-1 record, while making five consecutive appearances in the NCAA tournament. In 2007, we finished the year 15-5, booking our fifth strait trip to the NCAA tournament. With a first round loss to the University of Redlands, we are working hard this off-season to return ourselves to the top levels of Division III soccer. The 2007 Slugs placed 5 players onto the NSCAA All-Region team, including 3 members on the first team. In addition to success on the field the 2007 Slugs were rewarded for their success in the classroom as well placing Harry Abraham onto the Scholar All-American team, and Matt Skenazy onto the Scholar All-Region team. The team was also awarded the NSCAA Team Academic Award for its high team GPA of 3.2. Since taking over the head coaching position from Paul Holocher, I have wanted to gather all of the Men’s Soccer Slug Alumni. Being an alum myself (2000-2003) I want to make sure that everyone who has poured their blood, sweat and tears into this program has a chance to stay connected to what the program is doing now. Please take a minute to fill out our Alumni Network form, and you will receive: - Bi-Yearly Newsletter from Head Coach, Dan Chamberlain - Receive an invitation to our annual Alumni Game - Receive Slug Athletic Booster Club Information Thank you, and I look forward to building a strong and lasting Slug Alumni Network.
