Sunday morning we faced one of our Division III rivals in Pomona-Pitzer. Doubles started out very strong as we went up against three very talented doubles teams. Our energy was incredible and our support for each other was as strong as ever. We played some of the best doubles we have played all season and ended being down only 2-1. The singles matches were close, but we fell short altogether, losing 6-3. This match was by far the best match we have played all season in that everyone played with passion and heart and supported each other. We went out and showed everyone what it means to be a part of slug tennis. Thank you to all our fans who came out to support us, and a special thank you to Lauren’s family for hosting and feeding us while we were in Doubles:
