UC Santa Cruz Vs Pacific Round 2

SANTA CRUZ, CA–UC Santa Cruz Men’s Volleyball team lost to The University of the Pacific on Saturday night at the West Field House, losing in three games, 28-30, 26-30, 28-30.

Senior Outside Hitter Brad Sullivan led UCSC with 15 kills and Junior Middle Blocker Rick Schroeder, Senior Outside Hitter Justin Lam; Junior Middle Blocker Austin Einhorn had 7. Senior Setter Eric Rowell contributed 33 assists.

The Slugs fought extremely hard and ended up out blocking the Tigers 10.5 to 10.
Despite their great effort the Slugs were unable to handle the Tiger’s aggressive serving.

The Slugs play their next match Friday night at home against Springfield University. The match is set to start at 7:00 PM.
