HIGH SCHOOL: He was captain 4 years at St. Margaret's Episcopal and 1st team All CIF 2007, 2008, 2009. He was also Offensive Player of the year in 2006 and 2007 as well as on the Honnor roll from 2005-2009.

PERSONAL: His parents are Kat and Roc Frost. He has two siblings, Rory (22) and Eden (18). During his free time he enjoys splunking, snorkeling, and space exploration.
