Cima returns for his eigth season as the Co-Head Coach of UCSC Men and Women's water polo. Cima is also a member of the USWP Women's National Team staff where the teams he has worked with have won gold medals in the FINA World League, Junior Pan American games and the Junior World Championships. Cima is a graduate of UC Berkeley.

Mulford returns for her second season with the Banana Slugs after being part of the best year ever in UCSC water polo. Mulford last coached the Kamehameha High School team to their first ever Hawaii State Championship title. Prior to that she coached with the Chaminade University mens program. Danielle is a graduate of the University of Hawaii, where she was a four year player and post-graduation was the team strength and conditioning coach.
