HIGH SCHOOL: Was on the water polo team and swim team at San Benito HS from 2001-05. Was MVP and All-League in 2003 & 2004 and All Section in 2004. Was also on the wrestling team in 2002. Club teams were Hollister and Moran Hill.

UCSC: Academic All-America in 2005. Academic All-League is 2006. Also played Intramural Softball.

PERSONAL: Born March 14, 1987. Parents are Joe and Rachel and has one sibling, Celen (21). Favorite athlete is Tiger Woods and favorite movie is Rudy. Best classes taken at UCSC were Earth Science and The Cinema and their favorite place in Santa Cruz is Taqueria Santa Cruz.
