HIGH SCHOOL: Jamien was a two-time varsity letterman in both basketball and football. He averaged 21 points and 14 rebounds a game as a senior, leading his team to a league championship and the semi finals in Northern Section CIF. He had four 30-point games including a career high of 35 against Hayfork., and was a Two-time league leader in rebounds. Coached by Jaime Green, Jamien earned League MVP, Trinity Tournament MVP, All County and 2nd team All CIF Northern Section honors as a senior on the football team. He averaged almost 15 yards per catch as a receiver. Jamien lead football team to league championship and CIF playoffs.

Community College: Played at Shasta College in 2008-9. Was a Knights’ Scholar Athlete for basketball in 2008-9. Played for Coach Kele Fitzhugh at Shasta.

2010-2011: Scored 10 points against University of Puget Sound, Whittier and Pacifica University. Was 4 out of 5 from the field against Pomona Pitzer. An excellent defender, Jamien also collected a season high of 7 rebounds against Pacifica University.

PERSONAL: Jamien was born in Weaverville, California. The son of Diane Adler and Phil and Tina Jones. Has three sisters and a brother.
