Joe graduated from Chico State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration in 2002.  From there he worked as a commercial real estate sales associate, and also worked in sales with a machine tool distributor.  Joe has recently completed an associate’s degree in fire protection technology and has been employed as an emergency medical technician in San Diego. Raised in Lodi, CA, Joe was a team captain for back-to-back SJAA championship basketball teams.  He made the all-area San Joaquin County his senior year.  Joe is the younger brother of Ron DuBois, who he shared the back court with his sophomore year at Lodi High School.
