Prior to coming to Santa Cruz, Kyle spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the Rhodes College Lynx in Memphis, Tn. As a member of the Lynx, Kyle assisted with scouting, film work and recruiting. Kyle was also head coach of the Junior Varsity team for the 2011-12 season.  A 2009 graduate of Louisiana State University, Kyle earned a Bachelor's Degree of Arts and Sciences with an emphasis on Leadership and Business Management. Originally from Santa Rosa, CA, Kyle played basketball at Santa Rosa High School and attended Santa Rosa Junior College.
