HIGH SCHOOL: Blake graduated from Westlake High School in 2011.  He was an honor roll student in high school.  He was also a scholar athlete.

PERSONAL: Blake's parents are Traci and Alan.  Blake has 1 brother named Brendan (22).

COLLEGE: Blake made the Dean's list in the fall of 2011.
